Dora Blanche Snowden, 83, of Woodstock, NB and formerly of Greenfield, NB passed away on Wednesday, January 7, 2009 at her residence. Dora was born in Grand Falls, NB on April 20, 1925, daughter of the late Alexander and Sarah (Buttler) Parks. Dora is survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins. Besides her parents Dora was predeceased by her husband John, sister, Gladys, brother, Harold, infant brother, Bobby and a sister Olive. Dora was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Visitation will be held at The Carleton Funeral Home 337 Lockhart Mill Road Jacksonville, NB on Friday, January 9, 2009 from 7 to 9. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2009 at 1 PM from The Carleton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Chris Hayes officiating. Interment will be in St. Barnabas Anglican Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a memorial donor's choice. Service Information
