It is with heavy hearts and deep sadness that we announce the passing of Donna Jean (Lenehan) Richardson, of Bedell, NB, on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at the age of 75.

Born on June 20, 1950, in Woodstock, Donna was the daughter of the late Rice and Ella Jean (Anderson) Lenehan.

Donna will be lovingly remembered by her sons, Brian (Beverly) Richardson and Mark (Melissa) Richardson, and her cherished grandchildren, Colin, Zachary, Halle, and Bryce. She is also survived by her dear aunt, Norma Richardson, along with many cousins and lifelong childhood friends, whose connection and memories meant the world to her.

In addition to her parents, Donna was predeceased by her beloved husband, Ken Richardson, and her sister, Margaret Ann Lenehan.

The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the nurses at the Upper River Valley Hospital for the exceptional care and compassion shown to Donna, as well as to the doctors involved in her care.

Donna's kindness, generosity, and unwavering love for her family will be deeply missed and fondly remembered always. Her warmth and presence touched not only her family but everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, from 12:00–2:00 PM at Carleton Funeral Home, 337 Lockhart Mill Road, Jacksonville, NB. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM in the chapel. A private interment will take place later in the week at Woodstock Rural Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to a charity of the donor's choice.
