It is with much sadness that we announce the death of Donald Leroy Brooks, 67 of Southampton NB, om Saturday February 10, 2024, at the Upper River Valley Hospital in Waterville NB.

Don was born in Bath NB on October 19, 1956, to the Late Donald L and Rose (O'Donnell) Brooks.

He is survived by his wife Gail (Powers) Brooks, daughter Vanessa Brooks, sons Ronnie Brooks, Jason King (Lyndsay), Siblings, Shawn Cronkite (Patty), Susan Miller (Warren), Patricia DeMerchant (Michael), Beverly Davenport (Ronald), Nina Brooks (Robert), Valerie Gaunce (Seth), Sheila Ketch (Kevin), Floyd Cronkite (Kim), Marilyn Cronkite, Grandchildren, Zackery, Parker, Kameron, Celina, Mea, and Malcolm , many Nieces, Nephews, and extended family.

Besides his parents, Donald was predeceased by brothers Dwight O'Donnell, Bert Brooks, and Keith Brooks. Nieces Madison Rouselle, Jessica Fox and Layla Fox.

Donnie was a good man, he loved his wife, and he loved his children, and his grandchildren meant the world to him.

Donnie's happy place was on his bike, every chance he could get he was on a ride.

Keeping with Donnie's wishes there will be no public visitation or funeral service.

Interment will take place take place at the Lenentine Cemetery Southampton in the spring.

If so desired, donations can be made to the Cancer Support Group or the Lenentine Cemetery fund in memory of Donnie.
