Dianne Marie Clark, 68, of Rosedale NB passed away on Friday, December 20, 2013 at the Upper River Valley Hospital Waterville, NB. Dianne was born in Bath NB on May 11, 1945 daughter of the late Clayton and Winnifred (Shaw) Tompkins.

Dianne is survived by her husband; Royce Clark, daughter; Karen King (Kent), sons; Alvin Clark (Monica Stack), Robert Clark (Barb), six grandchildren, one great grandchild, sisters; Sharon Mean (Keith), Christine Tompkins, brother; Wayne Tompkins, several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Besides her parents; Dianne was predeceased by two daughters; Pamela Clark, Angela Clark and a sister; Judy Brewer.

Visitation will be held at The Carleton Funeral Home 337 Lockhart Mill Road Jacksonville on Monday, December 23, 2013 from 12 to 2 PM. Funeral service will be held on Monday from The Carleton Funeral Home Chapel at 2 PM. Interment will be held at a later date in the Wakefield Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Canadian Liver Foundation or to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
