Dennis Henry Scott, 81, of Woodstock, NB, passed away on Thursday, April 23, 2009 at the Carleton Manor Nursing Home. Dennis was born in Woodstock, NB on August 26, 1927, son of the late George and Doris (Eade) Scott. Dennis is survived by two sisters; Hilda Cronkhite, Northampton, NB, Marjorie Beal, Sackville, NB, nephews; George Beal, Toronto, ON, Charles Beal, Sackville, NB, Charles Scott, Woodstock, NB, Gerald Cronkhite, Northampton, NB, Bobby Scott, BC, nieces; Patricia Cavanaugh, BC, Betty Lou Beal, AB, Charlotte Beal, Sackville, NB, Loretta Carre, Ottawa, ON, Lorna Scott, Woodstock, NB, Luanna Scott-Kirkbride, Woodstock, NB, Margaret Clough, BC. Besides his parents, Dennis was predeceased by brothers; Gerald, William and Charles. Visitation will be held at The Carleton Funeral Home 337 Lockhart Mill Road Jacksonville, NB on Saturday, April 25, 2009 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Funeral service will be held on Sunday, April 26, 2009 from The Carleton Funeral Home Chapel at 2 PM with Pastor Murray Whitehouse officiating.
