Buxton, Dell Samuel, 85, of Hartland, N.B. passed away at the Carleton Memorial Hospital on Friday, January 19, 2007. Dell was born on April 14, 1921, son of the late Miles and Effie (Lawrence) Buxton. Dell is survived by wife Agatha (Brown) Buxton, Hartland, N.B. Children, Bertha (Fred) Papke, Marie (Leo) Riley, Lloyd (Bev) Buxton, Linda (Harold) Buckingham. Brother Bill Buxton and Sister Ruth Grant. Seven Grandchildren and Fourteen Great Grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins. Besides his parents, Dell was predeceased by his first wife Winnifred (Crouse). Visitation will be held at The Carleton Funeral Home 337 Lockhart Mill Road Jacksonville, N.B., on Monday, January 22, 2007 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 23, 2007 from The Carleton Funeral Home Chapel, Jacksonville N.B with Rev Mike Horseman and Ian Tupper officiating at 2 PM. Interment will be in the Simonds Cemetery at a later date. At the family request, donations may be made to a memorial of the donor's choice.
