It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Deborah Stella Burch- Philbrick who passed away at the Upper River Valley hospital at the age of 69.

Deborah was born in Woodstock on July 26, 1955, to the late Thomas and Ruth (Foster) Burch of Woodstock.

Deb was well known in Woodstock for looking after children in her day care for years.

She is survived by her son Logan Philbrick of Woodstock, sisters Darlene (Mark) Curtis and Sharon (Robert) Doherty.

Besides her parents, Deb was predeceased by her husband Paul Philbrick.

Keeping with Deb's request there will be no public visitation or funeral service, a private interment will be held at a later date.

If so desired, donations can be made to a charity of the donor's choice in her memory.

Arrangements are under the direction and care of Carleton Funeral Home and Crematorium in Jacksonville.
