Courtney Elizabeth Rodbard

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Courtney Elizabeth Rodbard of Limestone, New Brunswick, on Monday, November 2, 2026, at the Upper River Valley Hospital in Waterville, at the age of 44.

Born in Ontario on August 11, 1982, Courtney was the beloved daughter of the late Brian and Elizabeth (Ford) Rodbard.

Left to cherish her memory are her son, Chase; her precious granddaughter, Elizabeth (Lizzy), who was the centre of her world; her brother, Alex; her beloved dogs, Molly and Sophie; as well as many aunts, uncles, and her work family at the Upper River Valley Hospital.

Courtney fought a long and courageous battle with cancer over the past four years. Through it all, she continued to face each day with a smile, showing a strength and determination that inspired those around her.

Known for her wonderful sense of humour, strong work ethic, and caring heart, Courtney had a special way of touching everyone she met. She brought laughter, warmth, and kindness wherever she went. Above all, her greatest joy in life was her granddaughter, Lizzy, who meant absolutely everything to her.

Though her time with us was far too short, the love, laughter, and memories Courtney leaves behind will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

A Celebration of Courtney's Life will be held on Friday evening from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Crossing Paths Guest House, 698 Main Street, Woodstock, New Brunswick.

Family and friends are welcome to come together to share memories, celebrate Courtney's life, and honour the beautiful person she was.
