Taken from us suddenly on December 30, 2021, Corey Christopher Markey, our precious son, brother and dad born April 6, 1980 in Woodstock, New Brunswick. Our lives as we have known have now changed forever and our hearts are eternally broken. Corey was the beloved son of Carol White (Kevin) Fredericton, NB and Chris Markey (Candace) of Presque Isle, Maine. He was a loving brother to Jenny Fredericton, NB. He was a loving dad to Harmony, Riley, Hallie and Kylie. Corey will also be missed by several aunts, uncles and cousins. Being a Heavy Truck Mechanic came naturally to Corey and he worked throughout Canada mostly on the big trucks. That contagious smile and such a big heart, generous and so true and protective to the ones he knew had his back. Corey lived and loved big, with his whole heart, and those he loved certainly knew it and vice versa. Corey, you will never be forgotten by your best friend and close friends. Our family promises to carry your journey to the finish for you. You will live on forever in our memories and hearts. A graveside ceremony will be held in the summer for family and friends.
