Charles Herbert Cleal, 81, of Limestone, NB passed away on Monday, November 21, 2011 at the Upper River Valley Hospital Waterville, NB. Herbert was born in Saint John, NB, on May 15, 1930 son of the late John and Isabel (Moore) Cleal.

Herbert is survived by his sons; Gary Cleal (Marilyn), Limestone, NB, Joseph Cleal (Grace), Saint John, NB, Kristopher Fournier (Cathy), PEI, nine grandchildren; five great grandchildren; sisters; Theresa Doucett, Ontario, Marjorie Sherlock, BC, brother; Roy Cleal, Saint John, NB, several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Besides his parents Herbert was predeceased by his wife; Margaret Viola (Daneff), brothers; Leo and Haven.

Visitation will be held at The Carleton Funeral Home 337 Lockhart Mill Road Jacksonville, NB on Wednesday, November 23, from 7 to 9. Funeral service will be held from The Carleton Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, November 24 at 1 PM. Interment will be in the Mackenzie Corner United Cemetery at a later date.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the Royal Canadian Legion Poppy Fund.
