The death of Cecile Mary (Cyr) Marshall, wife of George Marshall of Lower Woodstock, NB, occurred at the Upper River Valley Hospital on May 16, 2010. She was born at St. Leonard, NB February 17, 1928 to the late Adele and Edmund Cyr. Cecile is survived by her husband George, of Lower Woodstock NB; three sisters, Alma McFarlane, Betty Ritchie, both of Woodstock NB, and Ida Grant, of Oshawa Ontario and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she was predeceased by a sister Yvonne Grant, and brothers, Claude, Leo, Albert, Ronald, and Rudolph Cyr. Resting at the Carleton Funeral Home 337 Lockhart Mill Rd. Jacksonville NB, where friends may call on Tuesday, May 18 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 19 at 2:00 pm from St Luke's Anglican Church with Bishop George Lemon and the Venerable Walter Williams officiating. Interment will be in the Christ Church Cemetery in Lower Woodstock. Expressions of Sympathy may be made to The Extra Mural Program or to a memorial of the donor's choice.
