Cecile Doria Currie, 86, of Prince Albert Street, Woodstock, NB and formally from Canterbury, NB, passed away on Thursday, April 21, 2011 at The Upper River Valley Hospital, Waterville, NB. Cecile was born in Van burn Maine on May 22, 1924 daughter of the late Edmond and Eva Martin.

Cecile is survived by her daughters, Gloria Keilty, Canterbury, NB,  Carol Sampson (Tom), Lantzville, BC, grandchildren, Shelley Fletcher (Robert), Oromocto, NB, Pete Keilty (Carrie Anne), Canterbury, NB, Pam Perlick (Clint), Red Deer, AB, great grandchildren, Peter and Shawn Fletcher, Justine Scott, Oromocto, NB, Malarie, Colten, Lucas Keilty, Canterbury, NB, Ryder Perlick, Red Deer AB, sister, Doreen Shaw (Waldo), Woodstock, NB, brothers, Roger Martin (Gladys), Edmonton, AB, Ferdnand Martin, Fredericton, NB, Rene' Martin, Montreal QC, several nieces, and nephews.

Besides her parents, Cecile was predeceased by her husband Wendell Currie, son, Allan Currie, brother, Guy and sisters, Annette, Theresa.

Visitation will be held at The Carleton Funeral Home 337 Lockhart Mill Road Jacksonville on Monday, April 25 from 1 to 2. Funeral service will be held at The Carleton Funeral Home Chapel on Monday at 2 PM. Interment will be at a later date.
