It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our dear mother and grandmother, Carolyn Edna Kilpatrick (Rogers) of Woodstock on Friday August 16, 2024, at The Carleton Manor at the age of 86.

mom was born in Woodstock NB on April 22, 1938, to the late Donald and Carrie (Brownlow) Rogers, she was the last surviving member of the Rogers family.

Mom was so many things to so many people and was loved by all who knew her. The most loving soul with a heart of gold, she touched everyone that met her. Kind, loving, giving, strong resilient, she loved us unconditionally with every fiber of her being. We were blessed beyond words to be her children. A woman of tremendous belief and faith and trust in God, we as children and teenagers tested that faith on many occasions, Heaven has certainly gained an angel…

Survived by her daughter, Andrea Parish, son, Chris Kilpatrick, grandson Alex Parish, sister in laws Lois Rogers, Yvonne McCarty, Carol Rogers and Dianne Rogers, several Nieces, Nephews and other extended family members.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Gordon Kilpatrick, son in law Fred Parish, brothers Robert, Donald and Keith Rogers, sisters Marie Rochon(Paul), Wilma Barrett (George) and Norma Crandlemire (Doug).

Visitation will be held on Wednesday August 21, 2024, at the Carleton Funeral Home, 337 Lockhart Mill Road, Jacksonville from 1-2PM, funeral service will follow at 2PM in the Carleton Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at the Kirk Cemetery, Northampton.
