Carol Ann Kennedy

It is with much sadness that we announce that Carol Ann Kennedy passed away on July 29, 2026, at the age of 72 at the Upper River Valley hospital surrounded by friends and family.

Carol was born in Woodstock, NB on January 28, 1954, to the late Charles and Joyce (VanDine) Kennedy.

Carol is survived by two grandchildren, Ryan and Sarah McElroy; her partner, Roger Paul and his family; her sisters, Mary Ellen Gillespie (Wayne) and Tammy Kennedy (Greg); her brother, Charles Kennedy; several beloved nieces and nephews and innumerable friends.

In addition to her parents, Carol was predeceased by her two sons, Randy and Mark McElroy, and her sisters, Cathy Laskey and Janet Kennedy.

A celebration of life will be held at the Woodstock Legion at a later date, following which Carol will be laid to rest between her two sons in the Cavalry Catholic Cemetery.

Donations in Carol's memory can be made to a charity of the donors choice.
