Revised obituary with updated date and time for graveside service

It is with broken hearts and much sadness after a long battle of cancer that we announce the passing of Carla Jane Sproul (Sexy Jane) of Woodstock, on Thursday August 14, 2025, at Hospice House Fredericton at the age of 64.

Carla was born in Woodstock on June 14, 1961, to the late Roy and Eunice (Carr) Sproul.

Carla is survived by, her two daughters Natasha Davidson (Bryan) and Crystal Sproul, her five grandchildren Niomi (Brandon), Thane, Cole, Brady and Maddie. Her siblings Doris Kish (Ike), Theresa Kenney, Freddy Sproul, Diane Witwicki (Ron), Sheldon Sproul (Sue), and Trudie Smith (Doug). As well as sister in laws Shirley Sproul and Audrey Harrington. Also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

Besides her parents she was also predeceased by her brothers Paul Sproul, Blair Sproul, Cyril Sproul, and sisters Wanda Dykeman and Shirley Perrier. As well as brother in laws Gary Kenney, Mike Perrier, and William Dykeman and niece, Tina Isaacs.

A graveside service will be held on Sunday August 24, 2025 at McKenzie Corner United Cemetery at 3PM. a reception will follow at Woodstock Legion at 4:30PM.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice House Fredericton would be appreciated by the family.
