Carl Barker Bishop, 84, of Lower Knoxford passed away on Saturday, March 4, 2017 at his residence. Carl was born in Listerville NB on August 2, 1932 son of the late Wendell and Mildred (Barker) Bishop.

Carl is survived by sons; Roger Bishop, Curtis Bishop, Tony Bishop (Sheena), grandchildren; Brittany Bishop, Bryce Bishop, Sarah Bishop, Alex Bishop, Jessica Bolton, sister, Eva Till, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Besides his parents, Carl was predeceased by his wife, Audrey, brothers, Albert, Roy, James, sisters, Bonna, Ruth and Alice.

Visitation will be held at The Carleton Funeral Home & Crematorium 337 Lockhart Mill Road Jacksonville on Wednesday, March 8, 2017 from 12 noon to 12:45. A masonic service will be held at 12:45. Funeral service for Carl will be held Wednesday at 1 PM from the Carleton Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be held in the Tracey Mills Cemetery at a later.

As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the River Valley Cancer Support Group or to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
