It is with much sadness and broken hearts that we announce the death of Brian Richard Grant of Newbridge NB on Thursday October 9, 2025, at the Upper River Valley Hospital in Waterville at the age of 59.

Brian was born in Woodstock NB on December 23, 1965, to the late Richard Grant and Edna (Holmes) Grant of Northampton NB.

Brian is survived by his wife Denise (Genesse -Furlan) Grant, son Brandon (Hayley) Grant, grandchildren, Layla, Byron and Bowen Grant, mother, Edna Grant, sisters, Linda (Vernon) Black, Sharon Grant and Carolyn Grant, along with several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.

Brian was predeceased by his father Richard Grant.

After graduating High School, Brian worked for Fred Dickinson for 10+ years before starting his own successful Carpentry/Construction business. Brian, along with his son, Brandon, have gained the confidence and trust of many loyal customers.

Brian had a passion for Muscle Cars; this was passed onto Brandon. They have put many hours in building and restoring a few Chevys over the years.

Brian was a very proud Grandfather of 3. Layla (his little girl), Byron and Bowen. They brought the biggest smile and laughter to him. He was a very proud Father and Grandfather.

Brian supported and loved his Wife and Son with every ounce of his heart and soul. He will be missed by many, but no one will miss him more than his Wife, Son and Grandchildren.

Visitation will be held at Carleton Funeral Home on Wednesday October 15, 2025, from 6 to 8PM.
