Brenda Elizabeth (Dingee) Denny, 59, of Woodstock, NB passed away surrounded by her family on Thursday, August 22, 2013 at The Upper River Valley Hospital Waterville, NB. Brenda was born in Bath, NB on December 18, 1953 daughter of the late Arthur and Geraldine (Caldwell) Dingee.

Brenda is survived by her husband; Charles Denny, Woodstock, NB, daughters; Melissa Carmichael (Craig), Toronto, ON, Megan Furlan (Justin), Woodstock, NB, brothers; Gary Dingee (Yvonne), West Glassville, NB, Garth Dingee (Melanie), Tobique Narrows, NB, Brian Dingee (Barbara), Centreville, NB, Graydon Dingee (Suzanne), Carlow, NB, several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Besides her parents; Brenda was predeceased by a brother; Brent Dingee and by a nephew; Craig Dingee.

Visitation will be held at The Carleton Funeral Home 337 Lockhart Mill Road Jacksonville on Sunday, August 25 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, August 26 from St. Gertrude's Roman Catholic Church at 11 AM with Fr. Bill Brennan. Interment will be held in Calvary Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the River Valley Cancer Support Group or to the DunRoamin Animal Shelter.
