It is with heavy hearts and much sadness that we announce the sudden death of Blair Ervine Sproul of Richmond Settlement on Tuesday September 20, 2022.

He was a light in this world, and now we will continue shinning his light by carrying it within us in our own lives. Always love you, Dad!

Blair was born on December 22, 1945, to the late Roy and Eunice (Carr) Sproul in Woodstock NB.

Blair is survived by his wife, Shirley (Foster) Sproul, Daughter Martha Sproul (Kingsley Olukanni) and Son Roy (Rachel Cook) Sproul, grandchildren Dylen, Dustin (Sierra), Jacob (Dominique), Janelle(Mason), Danielle, Taylor Sproul, Amelia Reid (Nathan).

Great Grandchildren Riley Sproul, Elias Sproul, Iyla Sproul, Millie Reid.

Also survived by his siblings, Doris (Ike) Kisk, Shirley Pierre, Thresa Kenney, Diane Witwicki (Ron), Carla Sproul, Trudie Smith (Doug)Cyril (Audrey) Sproul, Linwood Sproul, Sheldon (Sue) Sproul, Several Nieces, Nephews and cousins and extended family.

Besides his parents, Blair was also predeceased by his sister Wanda Dykeman (Bill) and brother Paul Sproul.

Visitation will be held on Monday September 26, 2022, from the Carleton Funeral Home, 337 Lockhart Mill Road Jacksonville NB from 5 to 8PM.

Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday September 27, 2022, from the Carleton Funeral Home Chapel at 2PM.

Interment will follow at McKenzie Corner Cemetery.

In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation in Blairs memory.
