Blair Alton Grant, 52, of Benton, NB, passed away on Friday, April 4, 2008 at the Upper River Valley Hospital, Waterville, NB. Blair was born in Woodstock, NB, on May 14, 1955, son of the late Clifford and Gladys (Leighton) Grant. Blair is survived by his wife Brenda (Mills) Grant, son, Corey Grant (Amanda), daughter, Stacey Serrano (Enrique), grandchildren; Jackie Grant, Chala Serrano, Harmony Serrano, brothers, Stewart Grant, Ronnie Grant (Faye), Larry Grant (Linda), Lennie Grant, sisters, Irma Bower, Betty Kerr (Stanley), Pauline Dewitt (John), several nieces, nephews and cousins. Besides his parents Blair was predeceased by sisters, Barbara Grant, Verna Flemming, Sharon Sharp, and a brother, David Grant. Visitation will be held at The Carleton Funeral Home 337 Lockhart Mill Road Jacksonville on Sunday, April 6, 2007 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Funeral service will be held on Monday, April 7, 2008 from The Carleton Funeral Home Chapel at 2 PM with Rev. Bonnie Weaver officiating. Interment will be in Benton Community Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Benton Community Cemetery or the Extra Mural. Service Information
