The death of Betty Doreen (Vizard) Tobin wife of the late Thomas Tobin of Woodstock, NB, occurred Thursday September 8 at the Carleton Memorial Hospital at the age of 85. Born in Wales, Betty was the daughter of the late Alfred and Gwendoline (Lloyd) Vizard. Betty is survived by her daughter Patricia Sweet (Herbert) St. John, NB, son Lewis Woodstock, NB, two grandchildren, sisters Cecilia O'Leary Woodstock, NB, Olwen Connors Wales, several Nieces and nephews. Betty was predeceased by her husband, parents, a sister Madeline and grandson Ivan. Visitation will be held from the Carleton Funeral Home 337 Lockhart Mill Road Jacksonville on Saturday 7-9 and Sunday 2-4 and 7-9. Funeral service will be Monday September 12 from the Carleton Funeral Home Chapel at 11 AM with Ven. Walter Williams officiating. Interment will be in the Woodstock Rural Cemetery.
