The family of Ben Davies is heartbroken to share that Ben passed away suddenly at home in the early hours January 14, 2023 with his father Eric. Ben is survived by his mother, Catherine Harris (Jim Wellington), and sister Erin Bakas (Alex). He is predeceased by his grandparents Christine B. Davies, Bennie Davies, Freda B. Harris, and Nelson F. Harris. He also leaves behind an aunt and uncle and cousins in Nova Scotia and Ontario.

Ben was born in Mississauga, Ontario and moved to the Ottawa area in 2003 where he remained until 2012. He was a student at Brookmede Public School, Mississauga, and Alexander Reid Public School, Walter Zadow Public School, and Arnprior District High School, Arnprior ON and Woodstock High School, Woodstock NB.

Ben was a talented musician and artist whose passion was for computer programming which he did both as hobby and on occasion for pay and had intended to pursue a degree in. He liked to learn languages and was a brilliant young man who excelled in whatever he set his mind to.

Interment will be at the Woodstock Rural Cemetery. A celebration of life will be scheduled at a date to be determined.
