Annie Elizabeth Gervais, 88, of Woodstock, NB, passed away on Friday, August 05, 2011 at the Carleton Manor Nursing Home, Woodstock, NB. Annie was born in Woodstock, NB on March 20, 1923, daughter of the late Frank and Alice Jenkins.

Annie is survived by her daughters; Grace White, Woodstock, NB, Marcella Curtis (Richard), Kitchener, ON, sons; Cleo Gervais (Audrey), Jacksonville, NB, Max Gervais (Lucy), Oshawa, ON, Louis Gervais, Oshawa, ON, Edward Gervais, Montreal, QC, Leonard Gervais (Virginia), Fredericton, NB, ten grandchildren, four great grandchildren, sisters; Gladys Williams, Joanne Williams, Pauline MacLean, Frankie Thornton, brother, Albert Jenkins, several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Besides her parents, Annie was predeceased by her husband, Sylvio Gervais, two sons, Stephen and John.

Visitation will be held at The Carleton Funeral Home 337 Lockhart Mill Road Jacksonville, NB on Sunday, August 7 from 7 to 9. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, August 8 at 10 AM from St. Gertrude's Catholic Church with Father John Keoughan. Interment will be in the Calvary Cemetery.

As expressions of sympathy, donations may be to the Alzheimer's Society or to a memorial of the donor's choice.
