It is with much sadness and broken hearts that we announce the death of Alexa Brooks Chisholm of Woodstock on Thursday June 25, 2026, at the age of 22.

Alexa was born in Fredericton NB on April 3, 2004, to Damien Chisholm and Tammy Davenport.

Alexa survived by her mother Tammy Davenport, her father Damien Chisholm and stepmother Jeannie Cogswell, siblings Seth and Phoenix Chisholm, stepsiblings Adrian, Annabelle, and Aiden Gerdts, Grandparents Nancy Davenport, Phil and Kim Chisholm, Uncles Layton, Brooks and Corey, and her Aunt Misty. She was predeceased by her PopPop, Clayton Davenport.

She enjoyed antique cars, had a large hot wheel collection and was an avid PlayStation gamer and had her own PlayStation family.

Keeping with Alexa’s wishes there will not be a public visitation or funeral service. A private family graveside service will be held at a later date.

The family has asked that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Asthma Canada or Organ Donation Canada in memory of Alexa.
