Obituary

Adeline Helen Palmer of Hartland passed away peacefully at home after a brief illness on October 15, 2022.

Born March 3, 1945, in Hartland, she was the daughter of the late Roy and Mae (Clark) Grant.

Adeline is survived by her loving husband of almost 59 years, Franklin Palmer, her daughters Wendy (Kevin Johnston), Tracy (George Carson), and Jennifer (Mak Siddiqui), as well as grandchildren Samantha and Jeremy Whyte, Alexa and Thomas Johnston and great-grandson Porter Johnston. Also survived by her siblings Elinor Clark, Joyce (Dave) Weston, Robert (Barb) Grant and Marilyn Grant as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Besides her parents she was predeceased by sisters Annabelle Harrington and Connie Clark.

Resting at the Carleton Funeral Home, 337 Lockhart Mill Road, Jacksonville with visitation Monday October 17th,2022 from 12 – 1:30 p.m. and funeral to follow at 2PM from the funeral home chapel, with burial at the Lower Brighton Cemetery.
