Richard Rankin Dickson, 80, of Forest City Road, Pemberton, NB, passed away at the Carleton Memorial Hospital Woodstock, NB, on Wednesday, June 27, 2007. Richard was born Hopewell Cape, NB on September 15, 1926, son of the late Leonard and Vesta (Edgett) Dickson. Richard is survived by his wife Gertrude (Wood) Dickson, Pemberton, NB, daughters; Dianne, B.C, Sandra (William), B.C, Kathleen, P.E.I, Susan (Scott), Mass, Karen (Greg), ON, grandchildren; Erin, Julia, Jared, Sarah, Marie, Taylor, Aaron. Richard was predeceased by his parents. At the requested of the family there will be no visitation. Memorial service will be held Sunday, July 1, 2007 from Forest City United Baptist Church, Forest City, NB at 2 PM with Rev. Jared Brown officiating. Interment will be held in the Forest City Cemetery. At the family's request donations can be made to Extra Mural Program.
