Obituary

ADAIR, PAUL ONDON The passing of Paul Ondon Adair of Fredericton, NB, devoted husband to the late Mary (Lindsay) Adair, occurred on Thursday, April 29, 2010 at the Dr. Everett Chalmer's Regional Hospital. Paul was born on May 11, 1919 in Cloverdale. He was a son of the late Annie (Crabbe) and Herbert Adair and was a long time resident of Lakeville, Carleton County. Paul was always loving and supportive to his family and many friends. In his 91st year, we are thankful for the time we shared with him; we have many wonderful memories. He is survived by his children Robert (Meda) and Judy Bell; grandchildren Kathy Wyrwas (Bruce), Terry Adair, Kim MacPherson(Chris), Paul Bell(Mami) and Randy Bell(Georgette); great-grandchildren Paige, Randy Jr., Cooper, Alexandra, MacKenzie, Brittany, Ashley. Lindsay (Matt), and Julie(Adam); and great-great-granddaughter Kassidy; as well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, his brothers Will, Robin, Ray and Dean; sisters, Mura Gibson, Bea MacIntosh, Jen Dow, Pearl McQuarrie and Jean Gallivan. Before his retirement, Paul worked over 25 years for the Departmant of Transportation in Lakeville. He also drove transport and worked on his farm and in the woods. He attended the Marysville United Church faithfully and was a lifetime member of the Free and Accepted Masons. Resting at Carleton Funeral Home, 337 Lockhart Mill Rd, Jacksonville, NB, a visitation will be held on Sunday, May 2, from 2-6 pm. The funeral service will take place at the Carleton Funeral Home Chapel, on Monday, May 3rd at 2 pm with Rev. Keith Adams officiating. Interment will be in the Williamstown Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in memory of Paul may be made to the charity of the donor's choice. www.carletonfuneralhome.ca Service Information
